STATEMENT BY MAYOR GEORDIN HILL-LEWIS
To all residents of Cape Town and visitors to our city who celebrate, I wish you a very Merry Christmas.
As you spend time with loved ones, may you celebrate all of your blessings, embrace the joy of giving, and look out for one another.
And to all Capetonians, a very Happy New Year. May 2023 be filled with richest blessings, and may you achieve all you hope for in the year ahead.
We look with excitement to the beginning of a new year, bringing with it more opportunity to realise the vision of a City of Hope.
In 2023, we recommit to serving residents with a spirit of excellence and pride, and we thank you for all that you do to make this such a wonderful Mother City.
